Nothing Short of Exceptional

Beth, Mike and their team have done two pre-buys and pack-ups of AS350B3e helicopters for us and both experiences were nothing short of exceptional. Both aircraft were international purchases, so the Leading Edge team had their work cut out for them. They were professional, transparent and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The team was well organized and shared a collaborative app with us so we could see all the steps they were taking in real time. There were photos of every square inch of the helicopters and full scans of every document since their birth. Long story short, I would recommend LE Aerospace for any pre-buy or pack-up anywhere in the world. Our helicopters arrived in the same condition they left and we couldn’t be happier.

Superb Mechanics with Extraordinary Customer Service

Leading Edge Aerospace is a group of highly professional and superb mechanics with extraordinary customer service. I made a call to them when I was in a bind and needed to troubleshoot a complex issue in the field. They were able to quickly pinpoint the issue, acquire the parts and complete the job so I was ready for the next day’s mission. I will definitely recommend Leading Edge Aerospace in the future.

Timely and Well Priced Products to Help Us Get Back in the Air

I have used Leading Edge for several of their services and have found them to be top notch! Beth has been great to work with when I’ve needed field maintenance, parts and general support of the company aircraft. Leading Edge has been very supportive during AOG emergencies, working with me to have the most timely and well priced products to help us get back in the air.

Excellent, Professional, and Very Detailed

We had brought in 2 of the Leading Edge engineers to fill in during my extended holiday. The engineers were trained on our systems, familiarized with our Helicopters and ACA’d under our AMO. Working between the Arrow hangar and machines in the field they were able to help with a busy Fire season. The service provided was excellent, professional, and very detailed. We were very happy with Leading Edge Aerospace and will be using them in the future.
